Emotional Intelligence

During this time many people assume that if someone has a level of intellectual intelligence (IQ) is high, then that person has the opportunity to achieve greater success in the appeal of others. In fact, there are many cases where someone who has a high level of intelligence of others excluded from the lower level of intellectual intelligence. It turned out that IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is high does not guarantee anyone will achieve success.
Daniel Goleman, a professor from Harvard University explained that there are measures / benchmarks that determine a person's level of success. In his famous book, Emotional Intelligence, proving that the level of human emotional better able to show a person's success.
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) can not thrive. If a person is born with the condition IQ, then IQ can never be increased nor diminished. That is, if someone is born with intelligence quotient (IQ) is enough, he's useless to try in every way to get superior IQ (genius), and vice versa. However, Emotional Quotient (EQ) can be developed with a lifetime of learning.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is growing as a person's growth from birth to death. EQ growth is influenced by the environment, family, and examples from any person born of parents. Emotional intelligence involves many important aspects, which seems increasingly hard to find in modern humans, namely:

* empathy (understanding others in depth)

* express and understand feelings

* controlling anger

* autonomy

* adaptability

* preferred

* interpersonal problem-solving abilities persistence

* solidarity

* friendliness

* comity
Parents are the person who first had to teach emotional intelligence to his son by example and a good example. In order for children to have high emotional intelligence, parents should teach their children to:

* foster a warm friendship and harmony

* work in a group in harmony

* speak and listen effectively

* achieve higher performance by the rules that exist (sportsmanship)

* overcome the problem with a mischievous friend

* empathize with others

* solve the problem

* resolve conflicts

* evoke a sense of humor

* motivate yourself when facing difficult times

* facing a difficult situation with confidence

* bonding
If someone has a high IQ, coupled with a high EQ anyway, the person will be better able to control, and seize every opportunity that exist without creating new problems.
